Master Sha reminds viewers that, "What you chant is what you become" and that the message of the mantra guides the energy and matter, or chi and blood. Master Sha leads everyone to practice to increase the flow of chi in the body. All viewers receive a Divine treasure for weight loss and are led to practice with the Divine treasure. Master Sha helps a man in a wheel chair who gains more movement in both legs.
