In the body, the Upper Jiao is everything above the diaphragm. The Middle Jiao is everything from the diaphragm to the navel. The Lower Jiao is everything from the navel to the genitals.

The Tao Calligraphy San Jiao Chang Tong carries power to heal and rejuvenate all of the organs, cells, and spaces within the San Jiao. San Jiao is the pathway of qi and bodily fluids. A key principle in traditional Chinese medicine: If qi flows, blood follows. If qi is blocked, blood is stagnant.

Tracing Power. Put the fingertips of one hand together. Trace the Tao Calligraphy San Jiao Chang Tong. While continuing to chant, trace for ten minutes.
