Tracing Power. Put the fingertips of one hand together. Trace the Tao Calligraphy Da Ci Bei. Chant and trace together for ten minutes.

After ten minutes, express gratitude and close the practice:

Chant and trace for ten minutes per time, three times a day. For extremely challenging relationships, chant and trace for two hours or more per day. You can practice in increments, but your total practice time should be at least two hours each day.
