Tao Calligraphy Chinese Character Break Down for 45 Sacred Calligraphies — 18. San Jiao Chang Tong

In this video Master Sha teaches us how to write the sacred phrase SAN JIAO CHANG TONG (Energy and Bodily Fluids Flow Freely in Three Jiao) in Mandarin Chinese and also in Yi Bi Zi Style.

In the body, the Upper Jiao is above the diaphragm, the Middle Jiao is from the diaphragm to the navel, and the Lower Jiao is from the navel to the genitals. The Tao Calligraphy San Jiao Chang Tong carries a powerful message to all the organs, cells, and spaces within the San Jiao - the pathway of qi and bodily fluids - to keep qi flowing. If qi flows, blood follows. If qi is blocked, blood is stagnant.

Follow along with Master Sha to learn the structure and components of each traditional Chinese character and how to translate and connect them when writing the same word in Yi Bi Zi (one-stroke) writing.
