Tao Calligraphy Chinese Character Break Down for 45 Sacred Calligraphies — 26. Shen Sheng Jing, Jing Sheng Shui, Shui Chong Nao, Nao Shen Ming

In this video Master Sha teaches us how to write the sacred phrase SHEN SHENG JING (Kidneys create jing) JING SHENG SUI (Jing creates spinal cord) SUI CHONG NAO (Spinal cord fills brain) NAO SHEN MING (Mind reaches enlightenment) in Mandarin Chinese and also in Yi Bi Zi Style.

Kidneys produce matter, which moves to the tailbone and flows through invisible holes to the spinal cord. The spinal cord is named sui. Energy flows up through the spinal cord to nourish the brain. This is called sui chong nao. Then, the brain will increase in wisdom and intelligence. Energy will flow down from the brain to the heart to develop heart intelligence. Heart intelligence will connect with the soul to develop soul intelligence.

Follow along with Master Sha to learn the structure and components of each traditional Chinese character and how to translate and connect them when writing the same word in Yi Bi Zi (one-stroke) writing.
