In this video Master Sha teaches us how to write the sacred phrase XING MING SHUANG XIU (Do Xiu Lian to Develop Wisdom, Intelligence, and Body Together) in Mandarin Chinese and also in Yi Bi Zi Style.

“Xing” means wisdom and intelligence. “Ming” means foundation of the body. “Xing” represents xing gong. “Gong” means practice. “Xing gong” means wisdom and intelligence practice. “Ming” represents ming gong. “Ming gong” means body foundation practice. “Shuang” means both. “Xiu” represents Xiu Lian, which is purification practice. “Xing ming shuang xiu” means do Xiu Lian to develop wisdom, intelligence, and body together.
